Damaged or Defective Items

The returns would happen within 4 to 5 days . The damaged and defective products would be processed within 3 to 4 days .

The exchange of the product would happen within 3 to 4 days .

If you receive a damaged or defective product, let us know right away. We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as necessary.

Condition Of Items

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the packaging you received them in. If items are damaged, altered, or missing parts, they may not be eligible for return.

Final Sale Items

Some items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product details before purchasing.

Important: To process a refund or replacement for damaged or defective items, please provide an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the package and product at the time of opening.

How To Return An Item

Email our customer service team at sageandherbs2019@gmail.com to request a return authorisation (RA) number.

Pack and Ship

Once you have your RA number, package your item securely and include the RA number on the package. Send it back using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive it.

Refund Process

Inspection and Approval

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, we will process a refund using your original payment method.

The refunded amount would be credited to the customer's bank account within 2 to 3 days .

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, colour, or style, contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. We will try our best to accommodate your request based on available stock.
